Refund policy
If you’re not happy with DiskWhisk, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
Who you’re buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh), who is the merchant of record for all orders. DiskWhisk is developed by InfiniteTaste LLC (“we”).
License
DiskWhisk is licensed, not sold. The free version, which shows up to 99 GB of files per scan, may be used by anyone, at no cost, for any lawful purpose. A paid license removes that limit. It is personal to the purchaser and may be used on up to three Macs that you own or control. It includes all updates within the same major version (for example, 1.x).
You may not resell, share or publish license keys, or reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
No warranty
DiskWhisk is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You’re responsible for what you choose to move to the Trash or delete. Keep backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of DiskWhisk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page. The terms in effect when you bought your license continue to apply to that purchase.
